Hi Annette,

Today I did a mix of Cathe's Lite PP using the workout blender to create an upper and lower body workout. I added on 15 minutes of Primal Movement.

Sounds like you are enjoying yourself while away. Sorry about your foot. Grrrr. I hope it's better today.

Ok, 2 hours and 15 minutes of hiking of which an hour and 45 minutes is what I am counting as exercise because we stopped to look at 3 different waterfalls and talked to people we met on the way.
