Good morning girls,

Today's workouts:

STS 2-Body Parts: Shoulders-Premix: Express # 2-No repeats- 24 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training # 29- 10 min. Row & Upper Body/Core AMRAP
Hydrow- Rowing in Rio de Janeiro- 8 min.

I went for my referral eye appt yesterday, and everything seems to be ok. Such a relief.....When I went for my first appt a couple weeks ago, I did need to get new prescription in my glasses, so I am waiting for them to come in, which I hope will be soon. thanks girls for any prayers sent my way, your concern and wishes. Very much appreciated.

Glad your appointment went well Linda!!

Today I did a 50 minute full body weight workout using the barbell for chest and biceps, the back machine, dumbbells for triceps, biceps and chest, 3 leg machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Heartbeat doing funny things so I am calling it a day.

We can see the smoke today.

Ok, I talked to the pharmacist and she said my low blood pressure, irregular heart rate and strange overall feeling could be coming from the medicine's side effect of long QT waves.

But I did manage to do a 14 minute Taebo which was nice and cardio doesn't mess with my heart rate go figure.

Siobhan- I'm glad you are enjoying STS 2.0. I realize how great those 2 min rests between groupings is amazing, love those.

Time to rest now! :). Yes, today it is smoky looking and this morning I had the kitchen window open cause it was cooler earlier. I came up the steps and it smelled smoky in here. I then realized that the smell was coming from outside, so window closed! I imagine Siobhan is experiencing a mess with all that going on……videos of NY on the news last evening was something…..

Well, I did 26 min. Of today’s CatheLive, “Glutiator”….tough workout! I did the warmup,
the standing leg exercises with the fabric loop section and then went to the stretch, so
all in all, about 26 min. I hadn’t planned on doing it, but I love using the loop with standing exercises. I will justify it because my workouts this morning were shorter in total time! :)
