hello everyone,

I can't believe the first week of june is almost over! The weather has not been warm here at all.

Today I did RUUB biceps and triceps + BJ Gaddour body weight workout for 15 minutes. Then I did a 15 minute stretch of my glutes/hips.

Hi Ceci and Lisa,

Yes, PT is helping, we are refocusing on regaining no pain and strength while doing front raise and side laterals. 2 areas that still have pain when using weights.

Today I did KCM Quick Fix 2nd workout. (29 min.) Then I did 18 minutes of Taebo , just not feeling it today, but I did do something.

I have PT at 2 this afternoon.
