Hi Siobhan,
Today I taught my Revised Circuit to 2 ladies really slowing it down so they could do it. It was around 45 minutes but I only counted 40 minutes as a workout for myself.
Then I did an hour of weights , barbell, machines, dumbbells and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
Then I did 35 minutes on the elliptical to offset the poor cardio that I did in class .
