Today for me will be HardCore Xtreme Interval Circuit Workout. This one I like...a lot of fun!

Last night I did KPC. So much fun!

Today is The Gauntlet and a segment of Coremax.

I'm done work at 1 p.m. today and then it's a LONG WEEKEND - YEE HAW!

Greetings Tammy and all who check in today

Today is Kick Max but I may have to split it up and do some of it later due to an early schedule today.

I had an awesome tennis match today. My partner and I lost first set 6-2, then we won the second set 6-4 and in the third set we were tied at 5-5 and played 4 deuces and still were at deuce when the sky opened up with major rain and ended our match. At least nobody lost!

Shelley - Happy Canada Day. Have a great long weekend. Boy, I intend too!! I need to add KPC to my want list. I have KickMax though. Is KPC similar to KickMax?

Judy - I love KickMax Judy. I am taking it with me this weekend when I go out of town. I have taking my portable DVD player. You need no equipment, so I thought this would be a good "hotel w/o".


MIS for me last evening AND 100 walking lunges. Those were tough after MIS. My legs were trembling. I wonder if my goal of 300 by the end of July is feasible? Oh well, aim high I always say.

Today I thought about doing Bootcamp for the first time. All of you Bootcamp fanatics, is this too much after IMAX3 on Tuesday and MIS with the walking lunges yesterday? It is either that or a light cardio, Step Jam, Mega Step Blast or some step off by Body Blast TimeSaver.

What do y'all think considering KickMax is on my schedule for tomorrow?
 
Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was Clean Max so I didn't get in Boot Camp cardio. Shame...shame...shame! I did do Chest and Back and Core Max 2.

Today will be Legs and Glute and Boot Camp cardio.

Seems like most of you all are "kickin" it with KPC and Kick Max. Maybe I should just do KPC everyday just for the fun of it with my other workouts? I just love KPC too, isn't it so much fun???

Well, I went for a run this morning. I was supposed to legs, but my FIL stayed the night. So I am hoping to them this afternoon. If not, definitely tomorrow.

Today is grocery shopping. I love to go grocery shopping. I guess because it has the word shopping in it!!:)

Good morning Happy Thursday Everyone!

I did Rhythmic Step & Supersets this morning. I finally got to try my stability ball w/ Supersets. What a difference! I want to order the Rhythmic Step DVD. I wish it would come in.
I have my 2nd guitar lesson today! I think I'm going to enjoy it. It's nice to have something to go out and do besides taking care of my family & house.:)

Shelley...KPC is great and now that I have the DVD, the premixes are awesome!

Judy...I do imagine it could be impossible to play tennis in the rain!! Do you always play doubles?

Jane...Kickmax is similar to KPC but KPC does not have those killer blasts that Kockmax does! As for you..I think I'd pass on Bootcamp and maybe do one of the other step workouts you mentioned. Bootcamp can wear you out!

Charlotte...L&G is a favortie leg workout of mine.

Carla...I hate grocery shopping, so I convince my DH to do it...:)..now as for other kinds of shopping!

I'll be doing PS legs, abs, shouders, triceps and a 5 mile run. I have a ligament on my foot that is a bit sore. My Chiropractor said I could run but to stay on roads and not run on trails. I'll see how it feels, if it hurts I will most likely do my Nordic track instead...Have a good day ladies...:)...Carole

Today will be HC Extreme #2 and a segment of Coremax.

We lost our softball game again last night! But we had fun, and that is the important thing. Did 400 of those walking lunges last night. Man by the end I was wondering why I had done them. Have some DOM's today, but nothing that I can't handle.

Thanks for the advice Carole... I figured I probably needed to keep it light today but, as you know, I have a tendency to overdo it and pay for it later. Running is on hold right now with this 90 degree weather and humidity about as high. I feels like you are trying to breathe through a wet blanket. I am outside only five minutes and have a layer of sweat on me.

Shelley-I have yet to do KPC in full. Maybe I should give it a shot today. I'm due for a good cardio work out anyway! Thanks for inspiring me....question is-will I be cursing you when I am done? lol :p

Judy-Great tennis match. I remember trying to play tennis when I was younger...it was laughable!:7

Jane-BC after MIS is something I would not attempt but if you think you can do it then I say go for it! You are stronger than I! :)

Charlotte-You are going to do BC cardio after L&G!? OMG! You are brave!:eek:

Carla-One of these days I'm going to have to try my hand at running. I was never good at it but then again, I never gave it any real effort to GET good.

Kali-Playing guitar sounds cool. I have always wanted to learn how to play the drums myself but I have no rythm so it would be darn near impossible! lol

Okay so I am going to be doing KPC today thanks to Shelley!

So I used the fat analyzer this morning :eek: :eek: :eek: It was NOT a pretty sight!!! My BMI came out in the normal range but my fat percentage was downright UGLY as far as I'm concerned! I wish I knew what it was prior to my pregnancy. I might not feel so bad if I knew the high number now was attributed strictly to being pregnant! So often should I use this thing? I'm sure it probably doesn't pay to use it more than once per week or so...how often do the ladies here use it??

This morning I did Supersets Upper Body Blast. I have a lovely DOMS in my lower body from doing GS Legs yesterday. YAY! :D

Well, I'm off to a 3-hour meeting. I hope I can stay awake!!! :eek:

Good Morning Fit Ladies,

Some of you are doing some extreme workouts, it keeps me on my toes. I did the Viper this morning, I can't decide if I like the Viper more than the Gaunlet. The Terminator, Hardcore Extreme, Bootcamp , and LG/KPC are some of my favorite workouts. My BF thinks that I am sadistic and my best friends thinks that I am insane because she tried MM and could not do it, she couldn't do Imax 2 either and she is 36. She thought that she was in so much better shape than me because she is younger and works out in the Gym.

Good morning all. Today is KENPO P90X. It is not as hard as the other P90X workouts. I will add a TAEBO basic live workout. Tomorrow I will do stretch P90X and I will complet the first week of my P90X rotation. I have received a email of Beachbody. Here you have the answer:

last night i did imax2 1-6 and BC UB premix. i love imax2!!

today will be PLB and blasts only imax2 or 3. if you don't see me tomorrow, it killed me!

Good morning,

This morning I did High Step Circuit and PLB, standing legs.

I had a highly interrupted sleep last night. I had a hard time falling asleep, and then sometime around 1am my cat started growling at the ceiling above our bed. We turned on the light to see what she was looking at, but couldn't find anything. She went on for quite some time. I think she's going insane.

Foodie Sue - neat idea to do IMAX2 without the recoveries. I hope someday I'll be back to that level of cardio!

Wendy - great attempt on Body Max yesterday. She doesn't spend much time breaking down the moves on that workout, so I can see how you could have trouble. With that workout she just gets down and dirty real quick - "no time for down-time" seems to be her motto for that one!

Katie - this baby has been more active than DD#1 right from the start. I started feeling her move in the 12th week! And by the 19th week, just when most other women are just starting to feel movement, I could actually see the movement on the outside. I'm a little trepidatious about what I'll be feeling over the next 10 weeks, as Baby's size triples! DD#1 was nothing like this. I like it though; I'm not complaining :)

Connie - was KS's kickboxing workout just the break you needed? How's the muscle soreness today?

Laurie - those glue fumes can't be good, especially in the heat wave you all are having ;(

Tammy - Awesome job doing the entire HC fatloss rotation, and those are great results! I'll bet your cardio stamina increased as well?

Jes - I'm still here, but being terribly neglectful of personal emails. I'm trying to juggle my research job, thesis, and full-time parenting alongside the social activities that summer brings, and with only about 60% of my usual amount of energy. Writing my check-in Book every morning is my only computer fun-time in the day. I'm thinking my next day when I might have a spot of free time could be Sunday afternoon. Unless I'm napping. You've gotten back into the workout groove quite well! Has DH (now an official term!) started his new, healthier lifestyle? I think that's wonderful that you're good habits are rubbing off on him!

Shelley - have a great long weekend! I think we've finally decided what we're doing for Canada Day. We're going to go to the zoo. They have cake. :9

Jane - KPC is Cathe's best kickboxing workout; even better than KickMax. KM will be a great travel workout. I've done KPC in a hotel room on my laptop/dvd player a few times, and it also works great. You can do KPC on a dime, which I love. I would suggest you do a lighter cardio workout today and give your legs a break. The cardio in BC is short, but very intense. Kind of like the high-impact half of KM.

Kali - I love SuperSets, particularly because of how much you use the stability ball. Fun fun!

Wendy - you changed your screen name! Neat! But now your total posts score is so low. You're going to have to post, post, post, to get back up to Shelley's range! Have fun with KPC.

Sandra: ok, i'll be patient! but i am so used to daily updates cause you spoiled me for so long! sorry you didn't get any sleep. how is dd handeling your decresed energy levels? is she still hollering down your throat? hang in there you busy woman! your workouts are great! i bet you are so glad to be off the couch eh? hope to hear from you soon! dh quit smoking and did the treadmill yesterday am and was going to do weights in the pm but had worked in teh heat too hard and long yesterday! that man works so much! and he never complains either. it amazes me! i am really shocked and proud that he wants to get into better shape after 4 years of being a slug (when he isn't workign himself to death!) i'll keep ya'll posted on his progress:)
