Good Morning Everyone,

Today I managed 48 minutes of Cathe's latest live. I've run out of time. Too much jabbering with my DH this morning. It's hard to stay focused sometimes.

Annette - you are correct about the smoke from wildfires. It's been pretty bad here yesterday and today. It smells like smoke everywhere. This can't be good for our lungs.

Hi ladies,

Today I finished up the phone calls needed for my Monday surgery.

I then went to the gym and did a 35 minute lower body weight workout using 5 leg machines, floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a tricep exercise for good measure.

Looks like everyone got a good workout in. And Siobhan sometimes jabbering with your hubby is just what you need.

Hopefully I will get a cardio workout in tomorrow.
