Howdy folks..... I have that "I don't wanna" feeling too. YUCK...
I have, however, been trying to jump start my workouts. I did a 30 min power walk and S&H shoulders Tuesday, last night I did Butts & Guts standing legs and abs premix, and I'm lucking to be walking today. The DOMS is something else after an exercise hiatus.
I'm getting ready to do BM2 cardio and weights premix.
