Hi gals,

Hot one today. I think I impressed the PA I saw yesterday with how active I am and with the weight lifting.[emoji55]

So I have to not do anything that causes pain,sigh [emoji52].

So today I started with a 28 minute circuit type walk on the Fitness part of On Demand. Took a short break and then did KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness Kickboxing one of the 22 minute premixes.

Then after a longer break and still didn't feel worked out so I popped in KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness Circuit Burn and did the 31 minute cardio and boxing premix with lots of modifying.

I am done now.[emoji16] I promise.

Here I am. Just finished another blender mix, Lower Body Trisets, Abt 35 min. (4 to go:) ).

Here I am too. Busy, busy. Today I did a Cathe Live Lower body (I forget the title). I think it was #128. I got friggin frustrated because I wanted to do a different one but it's not working properly. Right Linda...:mad:. Annette please go easy. No injuries. Hope everyone has a nice evening.
