Good morning!

Knee hurting a little this AM, so kept it short:

YT- Ashley Freeman- Seated Upper Body workout- 20 min. (really liked it & her as well)
YT- Crossrope- 6 min Jump rope & Biceps ( as I always do, kept it entirely low impact & used my
ropeless jump rope.....by low impact, I either march in place or do heel digs, toe taps, etc)

Alot of rain here yesterday, last night, today., we need it, but I wish it would take a break......

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of 30 minutes of 2.0 chest and 15 minutes of 2.0 for biceps. I did my own stretches during the 1 minute rests.

Great to see us all fitting something in yesterday. It's not always so easy.

Hi ladies,

Today I overslept with the alarm going off for 14 minutes before I woke up enough to hear it through the earplugs.

But I made it to the gym and did a 75 minute weight workout which included starting with the sled for cardio and then added plates to 8 plates , tried 10 but couldn't do it.

Then cable work for shoulders and triceps, then almost all the leg machines including inner and outer thigh machines (so that is 6 machines), then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. And a stretch, got to see my friend Judy so that was nice.

Now I am going to see the surgeon for the consult for my gallbladder.

Nice workouts ladies.

Linda- Sorry your knee is bugging you, keeping workouts short is probably a good idea.

Oregon usually gets rain, you're getting our rain. I always remind myself how great the air is after a rain, and I always sleep really well when it rains.

Annette- Sorry you over slept. Good for you making it to the gym. Bravo on today's 75 min gym workout with: Sled cardio (8 plates WOW!), then cable work for shoulders & Tri's, then leg machine work,
finishing off with floorwork abs, legs, and glutes and las but not least a nice stretch. I hope all goes wellat the doctor's appointment. I'll keep you in my prayers.
