Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did 28 minutes on the stair machine and then 32 minutes on the elliptical machine. In between I did a little on the chin assist machine (my son was with me so I was trying to get him to do a little more, he has lost 20 pounds now), then at the end I did 2 sets on the leg press machine.

Too cloudy for the pool[emoji852][emoji30].

Hi Annette,

I worked out today! I stretched for 10 minutes which is helping a lot!!! I also did 30 minutes of sydney cummings from her 30 day transformation program. love her!
