Good Morning Everyone,

Today I am taking a rest day. I am up but my body needs a break. I guess I have time to use up those aging bananas on the counter. Banana bread baking here I come! Paleo, of course!

Nora - A rest day for you yesterday too. I hope your hair looks great
Annette - geesh, I am sorry you are experiencing so much discomfort that you cannot work out at all. I hope today is a better day
Linda - So happy to have you with us again. I haven't tried supersets but I will very very soon.

This AM I did a dvd mix of STS 2.0 Giant Sets - 25 min. Liked this one too!
added in an IFIT treadmill walk in Sanford, Florida - 17 min. Also, added on a
blender - “15 min. Express STS 2.0 Yoga-Chair & Mat”

Hi ladies,

Siobhan it is mostly bloating discomfort, ( clothing on my waistline hurt and feel too tight) pain if you press on the upper abdominal both sides. Plus the antibiotic can make you dizzy . I am at least on a soft food diet now so that helps.

So with that said I did 20 minutes of a new garage Taebo Billy has up on YouTube. It is 47 minutes but 20 was my limit today. I will lay in the sun a bit later and read.

Indeed, Annette, you are truly a workout warrior :). Enjoy the sun….it’s pretty darn hot here today.

When I was in college I had a Duodenal Ulcer, it felt like a samurai was trying to Harri karri me. When I felt like that I went from medium discomfort level to excruciating pain and then would pass out.
It was quite the ordeal. I did go tothe doctor and was diagnosed with an Duodenal Ulcer. I had to switch to a bland diet for a while. After about 4 motnhs of this it did quit.
I can understand aout the horrible abdominal pain and discomfort. Enough about me.

Good call to not do more than you should exercise wise. Good for you to get out in the sun and enjoy. I bet that felt great.
