Hi Annette,
Today I did more Horizontal Conditioning - 45 minutes of push-ups, core and legs. Just love these workouts. There's nothing like them.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I stayed home and did a 56 minute Kickbox workout at home with Dana from the gym box on YouTube. It was very good. She had extra instructional kicks at the very end that I skipped. Her 30 minute workouts are for beginners. Her name is Dana Anderson. I sweated and will probably feel it tomorrow.

Nice conditioning.
