Last evening: Shoulder work (PUB and GymStyle) plus ankle weight work from L&G.

Tonight:Either Bicep work plus steady state cardio or a circuit.

Yesterday I read the check in post late, and didn't respond. So here is my line up.

Workouts:
6/12 Sunday: KPC cardio conditioning drills, short WO (graduation day for DS)
6/13 Monday: Muscle Max UB & Abs, legs drills of KM
6/14 Tuesday: Boot Camp Cardio/LB pre mix & Golf, walking in high humidity
6/15 Wed: C&W all step combos, then abs them heavy UB work, tennis match
6/16 Thurs: treadmill run, leg drills of KM, & ab choice
6/17 Fri: circuit workout and abs
6/18 Sat: yoga or stretch
6/19 Sun: rest

MuscleMax for me today. I really like the shoulder work in this one.

The humid weather here finally lifted. It was so nice to sleep with the windows open.

WOW Judy ! Looks like s great lineup this week! I like the idea of putting a full weeks worth of workouts up. You get a better idea of the workout program.

Great workouts girls. I'm not doing so well lately.

Did L&G today without the explosive lunges plus PS back&biceps. Managed to do bb rows with 18KG (39.6 pounds). I totally impressed myself.

Sandra, my kids are on my computer after dinner, cause it's the only one with internet (I'd like to know who they chat with etc.). And they want me to use the computer before dinner. So I have to make up an excuse if I want to log on when it's "their" time.

BTW meet Spike, our puppy.

We don't have him yet, but we go visit once or twice a week. We get to take him home in two weeks when he's seven weeks old. Which is one of the reasons I've been so busy lately. I'm getting the house and garden puppy-ready. Get all cables/extention cords/etc out of the way. Get all chewable valuables higher up in the cupboard (hence I had to built a bigger one), fence off the garden all way round, check for poisonous plants and other dangerous stuff inbetween the shrubs etc. And tidy up, fertilise etc too. And get all other Summer chores done before Spike comes home with us, so I have all the time I need to train him, play with him and so on.

Today was shoulders & CM# 2. Every single muscle in my body is so sore. I could barely get out of bed this morning. I still have 3 more weeks of weight work!!:eek: }(

Today will be core max as I didn't get it in yesterday. Gonna take the rest of the day as a rest day since I will be traveling, shopping (for food) LOL and visiting with my folks.

Good morning all... one more day until Friday, YAY!!

Last evening - upper body premixes off both ME and BC, abs off ME.

Today is grocery and errand day, then going out tonight with friends to see off one of our friend's son who is being deployed to Iraq.

Using today as a rest day.

Emily....yes a barbell is beneficial..Did you find one???

Jane...you can sometimes get barbell sets very reasonably at Walmart or Target.

Sandra...to answer a previous question. Yes, I think the leg conditioning drills in Kickmax would be more like Freestyle. I haven't tried alot of the KPC/L&G premixes, I'll have to try that one!

Josie...HI! Nice to see you. Yes as a matter of fact, I'll be doing a 15K in July and training for a 50K in Sept....and maybe....not sure mind you...The Honolulu Marathon in Dec for my 25th Wedding Anniversary!!

Tammy...MM shoulders is one of my favorites too...or maybe just working my shoulders in general?...:)

I just did GS biceps, triceps & shoulders. Will also walk later and cut the grass (takes about an hour), so that should take care of the cardio. ;-)

Today will be CTX Kickbox cardio only, KM Leg Drills, and PLB stability ball segment only.

We lost baddddd last night! 16-1 seems the gloves on our team where full of butter last night! Not my glove though!

Good morning, all! Last night was a quick premix w/KPC and this morning was MM upper body P/P. Tonight I'll try to squeeze in some corework. I should be receiving PLB/PUB and GS Legs in the mail today! I'm so excited! Can't wait to preview them!

Good morning everyone!

Carole - yes, I did buy a barbell. I ordered a Troy Lite, and I'm supposed to receive it tomorrow. I'm so excited! :D

I did IMAX3 this morning and I'm feeling great! I felt like dying while I was actually DOING the workout, but now I feel great. LOL! ;) Plie jacks... ugh... how do they click their heels together like that for so many reps? And that whole segment where you jump the length of the step, jump across, tuck jump, etc... holy cow, can anyone actually DO this? I can't jump that far to save my life! Does anyone have a good modification for this? I was just doing jumping jacks and plyo-squats because I just couldn't keep up with all their jumping. IMAX3 is still very difficult for me (and I'm on a wimpy 4" step too), but I remember how much more difficult it was the first several times I did it. I used to do it with NO step! I think I've come a long way, and that feels good. But... I have a long way yet to go. :)

Hi good morning, today I will do IMAX 2. Today is the day of IMAX 1 in my rotation but I prefer IMAX 2. I will add notjing today. My legs are sore after PLB and the TAEBO get ripped nº 1 I did yesterday. Have a great day everyone.

He's a mutt.... Mum is a mutt (mixture unkonwn) too and dad is a mini-dachshund. Mum is about 40cm high so he definitely won't be bigger then that. I actually feel like there's a baby coming: I'm crawling all over the downstairs floor to check at doggies height if there's anything I should be removing or covering.

I'm off to finally see Star Wars... but first McDonalds. It's kind of a tradition at my house. It's the only time my kids get to see the inside of a fast food place. Then again, we only go see a movie about once every three months, so how bad can it be?

Hey everyone!

Lots of intense and inspiring workouts going on these days.

I did The Gauntlet last night. Wow! I can't believe how quickly that 65 minutes flew by. And I was DRENCHED at the end of it. The only thing I found was that I had to increase the weight a bit in the weight sections from C&W. I LOVED the Imax 2 step sections. It was a lot of fun.:)

Dutchie - congrats on the new addition to your family. My DD has been bugging me for a dog. I'm slowly breaking down.

It's DD's school picnic tonight, so I'm not sure what I'll have time for. I may just do some upper body (ME) and core.
