Hi gals,

I looked really hard and didn't see a check in yet for today, so here goes.

Today I went through my own Kick boxing workout trying out my added tweaks. It went well, that was 50 minutes.

Then for good measure I did the original 8 Minute Taebo which is really 11 minutes [emoji16].

I was pouring sweat after my own workout since it is 82° F in the house and 57% humidity outside. I was dripping.

Ah Annette, that's how I've been lately. I don't mind a bit of sweat ;) Today I did Leaner Legs from "Cross train Express". NOW I can move that dvd case to the bottom shelf....right Aqua girl?! I hope everyone is doing ok, feeling ok and ok w/ life. Hello to all that follow.

My "schedule book" tonight too...and move on....I did a blender mix from Strong & Sweaty and Low Impact Series
And finished up with a short Glute workout from Peloton's Beyond the Ride workouts. Did the cardio this morning

Hi ladies,

Thursday I played a bit of Just Dance on the xbox kinect with Magnus (that's exercise right?). Then I tried a Zumba Country dvd. Terrible! So I stopped it and popped in a Country Heat I hadn't done yet. Not much better. At least Autumn explained the moves but I felt like I was barely moving. Maybe it just wasn't my day to dance or maybe I had too high expectations as I had watched some Shine routines on YouTube. Anyways rather than calling it a day I said to myself (out loud [emoji51]) "if all else fails..." and then I popped in a Cathe dvd. Went for MM Shoulders as I was really tired and just not up for a long w/o. At least my w/o time wasn't a total waste in the end.

Hey gang, yesterday I did HasFit Back + Biceps, approx 45 mins.

Kinect is definitely exercise Henriette. ;) I like doing fruit ninja when I want something fun!!
