Lite Cardio Party - 40 minutes. Sorry you're not a fan of Lite Cardio Party. You're right though it is more of a dancy cardio deal. I'd suggest maybe a Jessica Smith's walking workouts on YouTube. It's a great option workout if you don't feel like dancy or going hardcore or high impact. loved Cathe's energy and direction but I don't like dance-like workouts. I am a functional cardio kinda a person.
I added on 6 minutes of her Lite abs #1, her abs are good. Have a great day

in Boston, Mass" about 15 min. Sorry your y back/hip is still acting up. Good thinking to not try to go full out or challenging workouts, until you are feeling better. WTG and high fives

Annette- WTG on today's killer gym workout with:
A 92 minute weight workout for Chest, biceps, triceps, back & shoulder, and sled. Then added onfloorbork abs, legs and glutes and a well deserved stretch. That is a very thorough and tough gym workout. No doubt you are feeling awesome.
Then you got to visit with your friend, Judy's partner having problems. I'll say a prayer for them. Enjoy the rest of your day

I like Lite Cardio Party, but use mainly use it as a lighter cardio option its still good though.
YT- MLP- 20-minute Daily Movement Practice Stretch & Mobility= 20 Min
STS 2.0 - Abs/Core workouts Min Ball Abs= 12 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- HiiT Everything = 38 Min
