I just wanted to add it was heart wrenching to loose each of my precious dogs and cat. I would not trade a moment of time and memories with them.
he love and laughter they add is priceless and each oneis special and priceless. I'm not saying the loss is easy or that your forget it but it does begin to hurt less and the happy loving memories are there to hold on to and savor.

Annette - Bravo on your 90 Min circuit workout with heavy bags for cardio. You targetted shoulders, biceps,and triceps. Not to mention also focusing on chest, back using machines and cable work. Then ending with abs, legs, and glutes and a nice stretch.
