Hi Annette (and Cathletes),

Today I did Dana Pieper's Kickbox Challenge - do you remember how this workout was all the rage in 2012? It's fun, it moves quickly and is a sweatfest. I stopped at 41 minutes as I wanted to move onto a short segment of horizontal conditioning again (planks and non-weighted legs).

Hummm I have never heard of this person, is it on YouTube? Sounds intriguing.

Today I stayed home ( got up late and have a doctor's appointment at 1:50) and did Billy Blanks 2nd Summer Slimdown which was 32 minutes plus I added some quick floor ab work and stretching to make it around 35 min.

Good sweatfest here too.
