Hi Siobhan,

I. AM. SOOO. SORE!!! Yesterday's workout was more taxing than I thought, wow!!

Today I stayed home and did a Mygymbox Cardio Kickboxing workout with KayCee. I only did the cardio portion which was around 46 minutes long. My legs are screaming even louder. It was a good workout.

Hi Ladies,

Is it okay to join? I only have about 18 Cathe workouts out of my collection of 194 workouts. Today, was Ice to the Mat. My workout day's are usually, Sunday-Thursday with a Friday and Saturday workout throen in from time to time.

Thanks! Right now I'm about 22 Workouts ahead of last year and I'm trying to beat last years record of 269 Workouts. However, I'm going to lose days in September and November when I go way on vacation. So if I go into September about 20 to 25 Workouts ahead of last year I'm still in a good place to beat last years record.
