Hi Annette,

Today I did an hour long workout of Kellen. Wow. It was fun and tough.

I am guessing you are back at the gym today. And how do you have rock'm sock'm - or however it's spelled? DVD? Do you use DVD's anymore? I still use some of mine but not often.

I still own a smatherimg of Cathe's workouts on DVD. So Rock Em Sock is one of them that I own.

After finally getting the FedEx mail, I came to the gym and did 75 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for chest, biceps and triceps, barbell for biceps ( tried a guy on YouTube way to build biceps with light weights, it was grueling), shoulder set with dumbbells and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

I am beat!! Hopefully my muscles will tell me tomorrow that today was a good workout.
