Today I went to the gym and did 24 minutes on the stair machine and 40 minutes on the elliptical, 9 minutes of that was in reverse.

Hi Annette,

I give up. I won't be working out at all on this trip. Too much to see and do. Goodness, I love PEI. We are in the north west tip of the province. people are so friendly and the roads are practically empty. I just love it!

I will keep checking in despite no workout. Great workout annette, despite the heat. see you tomorrow.
