Good morning everyone,

Back to work for you all is it?

Today I did Mike Donavanik's Extreme Burn - workout 2. I thought I'd try out my ankle. It's not too bad. I then moved onto one segment of Tracey Mallet's Total Body Sculpt - Pilates.

Have a good day everyone. I sure hope it's cooler than it was yesterday.

Yep, back at work today.

Today was TF 45, core work, then TF stretch 10.

Yippee, it is raining!!! We need it soooo badly!
