Hi Siobhan,
All know is that my oldest turns 30 on the 3rd of August, I am so not ready to have a 30 year old!!
Today I came to the gym and did 38 minutes on the elliptical and 60 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, the sled (pulling with strap and pushing) up to 6 plates, floorwork for abs, legs and glutes ending with some dumbbell work for biceps and shoulders. Nice stretch and calling it a day.
