Rise & Shine ! :) Good morning ladies !

Today's workouts:

Hydrow- 10 min. Cardio Burn Row workout- Seville, Spain
Blender- "Totally STS: Total Body Tri Sets - 32 min. (any blenders that start with "Totally STS" is sections taken from STS 1 & STS 2)
Blender add-on: 5 min. Floor Abs with weight plate

That'll be it for today.....hope you all enjoy your day & workout(s) !
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Lite PHA 2 (I used heavier weights at times) and added on Day 4 Bodyweight AA's. And what is going on? Love this guy. His workouts are challenging and short. Such a good fit.

I am not working until Monday night as I am in training (online) with an instructor in the US. Not sure where she is located - maybe Boston? I will know more today. I often skim over details which isn't a strength in me.

FlemingCol56 - nice to see you checking in. Did you share your first name with us and I missed it? I check in early so often miss some of the comments that come later in the day.
Annette - 3.5 hours at the pool? What a lovely day you had
Nora - another huge workout! I have only done slide and glide once I think. Not sure why as I remember enjoying it. It might be the awkwardness of the gliders.

FlemingCol56- I like to look through my exercise dvd collection and pull out an old one every now and then. Nicely done on your workouts yesterday with:

new Barlates foot injury DVD-thighs segment about 17 minutes
Ana Brett Kundalini yoga
40 minutes on stationary bike
Sorry to hear about your past foot injuries and arthritis. Hang in there you are amazing:) Have a great pre-Friday:)

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Over the Hill # 60 = 46 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Post Workout Stretching- Stay for dessert!= 11 Min

Hi ladies,

Yes, after talking to my friend, I ended up doing a very long workout consisting of several layers of exercises.

Started with dumbbells bench press, but couldn't go very heavy, then flyes with dumbbells. Then 1 dumbbell overhead for triceps ( they are still sore from Tuesday).

Then hammer curls with 25's, and 30's, hammer with a twist with 20's.

Then 1 arm separately for shoulder press.

Then I did the sled up to 8 plates but could not jump to 10 to save my life. This was about 25 minutes. Got a compliment from a young lady on my athleticism (which I don't really have,LOL).

Then I did the back machine, and 2 leg machines before jumping on the elliptical for 22 minutes .

Then I finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch.

So all in all 110 minutes or an hour and 50 minutes worth of an full body plus cardio. I am beat.

Nice workouts everyone.

The pool was great yesterday and I plan on going back tomorrow.
