No workout this morning - again. I am waking up almost every hour the last few mths so it's hard to get up and workout. I will try to do LBB (inspired by you) when I get home tonight.
Hi gals, I am finally down a pound after gaining once I joined the gym.
I did 30 min. of Get Ripped Extreme Taebo but did not do the weights section since I am doing weights 3 days a week at the gym. It was nice getting in 2 cardios this week which is rare in the summer with all the heat going on. We had a thunderstorm this morning so the house was cool enough to work out in.
