Today's workouts:

Blender- "16 min. ICE Chest, Triceps & Shoulders"
Today's States: West Virginia, Wisconsin, & Hawaii
YT- Martinsburg, W VA. Treadmill walk - 18 min.
YT- Jenny Ford- "Milwaukee March/Walk" , Wisconsin - 13 min.
IFit- "North Shore Overlook" Total Body Stretch, Oahu, Hawaii - 11 min.

That's it!

Sorry about your fall yesterday Nora....Hope your nose is ok, and swelling has
gone down. Take it easy!
 
Hi ladies and oh dear Nora, I hope it has reduced in swelling and stopped bleeding. Take care of yourself.

Today was a mega long gym circuit. Started with upper body weights for chest, biceps , triceps and shoulders plus wrist curls.

Then the sled up to 673 pounds.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes, short stretch, then ended with 16 minutes of bag work with our boxing gloves on. (Judy and I). Total time roughly 110 minutes, whew!! I was/am a sweaty mess.

Linda- Thank you for your kind words. I still have some swelling and a blackeye hoping the swelling goes down even more.
