Hi Siobhan and others,

Today I stayed home and laid in the sun some. Then I came in and looked up Zumba Warm Up Routines on YouTube looking for inspiration for the new music I have. Ended up doing 45 minutes of various Zumba Warm ups and dance moves to various songs that I have to work with. Gotta good sweat going too. Wow!! It is a lot of moves, but for me it doesn't burn as many calories. Oh well, I did something.

I'm still around and getting my workouts in! Sunday was a Firm Workout, Monday was a Margaret Richard Workout, Tuesday was a quick Denise Austin Upper Body Workout off of YouTube...got home late. Yesterday and today are going to be Beach Body Slim in Six Workouts.

I did IMAX 4 and Muscle Max today. I used the same weights that Cathe did in the MM DVD and I'm so proud of myself. This is my fourth time doing IMAX 4 and with two left feet, there is a learning curve but I do love it. I have about 100 Cathe workouts but you guys seem to do a lot of other DVDs. In your opinion, who and what are the best?
