Today's workouts:

Hydrow- 5 min. Pre-Row Mobility, 5 min. Rowing in Vancouver and 5 min. Post-Row Mobility (15 min total)
Blender- Upper Body with a Stability Ball - 20 min.
YT- Anabolic Aliens- 5 min. Back Weight Plate Workout
IFit- "Playa Chac Mool Treadmill walk, Cancun, Mexico" - 12 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Gaia Yoga workout for 30 minutes. I loved it! I added on Anabolic Aliens (thanks Linda) which was an ab workout for 5 minutes. I will try him again. What energy he has!

Nice workouts from everyone yesterday. Nora, my warm up yesterday was from the ICE workout you did! We are aligned. Wow!

Great start to your day, Linda, with all that variety. And yes, thanks for the reminder about Cathe. Happy Birthday Cathe!!! Because Cathe is born so close to Leo, she is likely a lot of Leo and Cancer. When studying Tarot, I learned that if you are born within 5 days of the previous or next sun sign then you pick up a lot of the energies from that sign.

Siobhan, nice 30 min of yoga this AM & adding on one of the "Aliens" 5 min. abs......Yes,
that guy does have alot of energy....and very motivating....

Yes, have been revisiting ICE and enjoying as well as a favoite of mine LITE as well as XTrain. Trying heal up before mammogram so I had to stop STS 2.0 for awhile.

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did a 57 minute weight workout full body. Up to 17.5 pounds on the dumbbells, chest barbell I started at just the bar, then did 65 and 70 pounds. Felt good nothing hurt or pulled. Did the back machine with 25 pounds on it, 3 leg machines, hammer and concentration curls, and overhead triceps, ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a stretch.

Nice workouts ladies.
