I feel like a slug. I didn't get to do my mish mosh yesterday. Hopefully I will squeeze something in today. I hate not being on track.
 
Good morning everyone,

What a morning. The humidity is just out of control here. I did LIC including the bonus cardio, and I was dripping before the warmup was over. I had to keep wiping off my bench after the weight segments so that I wouldn't slip on it during the step work! Anyways, I feel pretty good about that, and my back cooperated completely. What a morning....
 
Hi gals,

I managed to do PUB up only premix today, I couldn't go as heavy as I went last week but I did something. I could still feel some tightness from the hives in my wrist but still managed the workout.

I hope to work legs tomorrow.:D
 
Hi again.

30 min TM run is done. No Grace today. I wanted to take it easy. ;)

I plan on some yoga at nap time...the legs need it BAAAAD!:eek:

And let me just say this....Puh-leeeeaaasse! You are hardly a slug!:)

Okay so I opted out of yoga...don't think the legs could take the torture of the warrior poses and such! I opted for a stretch instead. I just finished Cool It Off Express and I have to say it was just what the doctor ordered!:)

I blew off my LB workout this afternoon, but I did walk the 5 flights of stairs to my office a few times today ;)
