Hi ladies, can't believe I am 1st.

Wasn't feeling the gym today so I stayed home and did a new Fitness Kombat Mix 55. I did the 42 minutes of cardio only. They dubbed it, but honestly it was hard to hear the guy doing the dubbing(voice over).

It was good and sweaty.

CD’s Donna Summer Fast Intermediate Step 135-140 BPMs. 30 minutes. Phillipe was visiting. Lots of fun!!! I’m always amazed that Chris never misses a beat when her guests mess up. Followed with Cathe Live Mixed Impact Cardio Splash. An express workout today, clocking in around 30 minutes. Nice variety and no crazy reps. Really enjoyed it!
 
I am out of commission girls, I hurt my hip/leg somehow, had to go to ER this AM,
hip looked ok, nothing broken, he thought it is sciatic…so rest, Tylenol, & heating pad.

hopefully I’ll be back.

Oh no!!!! So sorry to hear. I was hoping all was OK because I know you usually put the post up quite early. Get some rest and hoping for a quick recovery.

plus added on 25 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus some dumbbell work
Well done, sounds like a fun kickboxing work out, and with add-ons too!

Linda- Oh my gosh, so sorry to hear about your hip/leg injury. you'll need to rest and heating pad and over the counter pain meds could be helpful. Please rest and I'll pray for you to heal and feel better;) Get some rest;) Here's a link that might be helpful on YT channel by physical therapists check it out. I hope this helps.

ChelePA, I didn't know Donna Summer had workouts. Might not be the same one I'm thinking of since you mentioned Phillipe. I'll check it out!
