Hi Everyone,

Today I did a workout blender mix of lower body from rwh and xtrain. I actually could not endure! Did not finish many sets albeit I was going heavier than cathe at times (not all the time). I have to come realize that I do not like side lunges (I like side slide lunges only) with weights. I also do not like forward lunges and never do them! I only do back lunges or sub some other move in.

I added in three 2 minute rounds of skogg.

Good morning Siobhan! I'm feeling like you today. I did another Mindy Mylrea and kept stopping. I'm pooped! Time to rest I suppose. I always tell myself " I'll do yoga tonight before bed", just to stretch out and relax.....it never happens but I think it's time to start. I'm not 20 anymore. I hope everyone is doing well!

Add 45 minutes of my newest circuit workout with music changes. I didn't do the whole thing but enough to hear the music changes and see if the moves work with the music changes. I think it will be good but definitely a sweatfest![emoji27]
