Blender Add-on: Standing Weight Plate Abs- 7 min.
IFit- "Playa Delfines Treadmill Walk, Cancun, Mexico" - 11 min.

Wow, Nora, you had a good mix too…with low impact sweat cardio, 6 min. Abs,
& cycling with stretch….I bet you have the most toned legs in the world with your daily
cycling workouts!!!
 
Hi ladies,

I got the all clear from the doctor. Just have to listen to my body. Honestly I won't be doing chest or back any time soon, that chest incision has to heal a whole lot more. But I can drive and go to the pool!!!

So I did 25 minutes of weight work/floorwork and a little bit of jogging in place and standing abs. So I hit triceps, biceps, and shoulders with 8 pound dumbbells.

Nice workouts all around!! Hopefully the gym for me tomorrow.
 
Good news Annette! And you even got in weight work & a little cardio too….and standing abs…. I love standing abs!!!

Hair appointment tomorrow right? :). And maybe gym day too!
