Hi gals,
Today I stayed home and went through my new still in progress Kickbox workout, changing the moves in the 1st song after the warmup. It went really well. So that was 41 minutes.
Then I did the first 25 minutes of Cathe's Rock 'm Sock 'm and 10 minutes( my own) of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes .
So I think that I am done now. Just need to retype the moves for the song that I changed.
