Good morning ladies! getting you started and letting you know that I won't be doing my workouts today & probably
tomorrow to rest & try to get my lower back feeling better. Carry on!
 
Good Morning Everyone,

I will be joining Linda with a rest day. I didn't sleep well last night and have just been reading a book this morning. I'll head into the kitchen and bake some banana bread now. There is always something to do!!

Nicki - thank goodness you finally have some answers! I am so glad for you that nothing too serious is going on
Annette - your post made me laugh. we've all been there!
Nora - I hope you get in your workout today. I love AOLIH!

Hi ladies,

Late workout for me, slept in too long, then with hubby home we went and got the rocking chair we had the seat recaned.

Came home and finally made it to the gym for a 77 minute circuit consisting of 3 machines (taking the chest flye machine to 100 pounds), then some cable work, the heavy dumbbells and the sled to 12 plates then finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch.

Nice rest days ladies.

Hopefully tomorrow won't be a challenge just figuring out what to do.
 
Linda and Siobhan, nice to have rest days! I did not workout either because I went to the office today. I love banana bread!
