Hi ladies,
Late workout for me, slept in too long, then with hubby home we went and got the rocking chair we had the seat recaned.
Came home and finally made it to the gym for a 77 minute circuit consisting of 3 machines (taking the chest flye machine to 100 pounds), then some cable work, the heavy dumbbells and the sled to 12 plates then finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch.
Nice rest days ladies.
Hopefully tomorrow won't be a challenge just figuring out what to do.
