Peloton- "Upper Body Rowing Bootcamp" - 30 min.
Peloton- "10 min. Barbara Streisand Cool Down Ride

HAHA! That cracked me up! I need a fun cool down in my life, for sure.

This morning is STS Meso 1 Disc 2, Back and Triceps — 56 minutes. I’m used to lifting heavier, but forgetting that Meso 1 is “endurance” and most sets are 15 reps. Itching to lift heavier again, but I know we will get there in Mesos 2 & 3.

Have a call with my nutritionist this morning at 9AM to formulate a game plan for 2024. Will keep you posted :D
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today I used the blender. I didn't feel up for a workout so I did a 55 minute mix of 2.0 for abs/core, recovery and stretch. I feel stretched.

I notice I post after my workout is complete whereas some of you post what you plan to do. I don't trust myself enough to not change my mind. I am so moody when it comes to workouts. I gotta feel it.

Nice workouts yesterday and today! I am glad to see us all checking in.

And I think I found the STS abs workouts. I will check them out. Thanks.

Yep, Peloton has different workouts playing songs of various artists.....this one was a cooldown ride of 3 of Barbara's songs.....one was "You don't bring me flowers anymore" with Neil Diamond, & Send in the Clowns, a couple of my old favorites!

Most of the time, when I post, I have completed everything....sometimes I might have one
more to finish and enjoy my "break" when I post. But if I post it, it's gonna get done, one
way or the other! or I'll come back and "fess up" if I didn't.

SAME! If I posted it, it’s getting done. I actually did not get to IMAX 2 the other day (NAUGHTY!) but I didn‘t want a repeat of that (because I kinda feel like that’s “lying”) so last night at 8PM, I was in the dungeon doing my Abs and Crosstrain Xpress step workouts. I said I was gonna, and I did. BOOM.

Just finished STS Meso 1 Disc 2. Nice one. But I am not a fan of chin-ups. :D It’s interesting how similar (but different) STS and STS 2.0 are. I see lots of parallels. STS 2.0 is way gentler, though, for sure.

Since I compacted my week by missing a day, STS Meso 1, Disc 3, Legs is up tomorrow. I previewed it… Y’all pray for me. It looks intimidating. But I kinda hate leg day anyway. ;D

Don't get me wrong I love Barbara's singing voice and talent. It just never occurred to be used as cool down music. I think someone at Peleton has a sense of humor that picked those songs for cool down.

What a fun and varried workout, love it WTG & high fives!;)

Yes, endurance is a different animal in terms of weights than lifting heavy or bulk up phase of weight lifting. Just have to be patient you will be lifting heavier soon. Bravo & high fives!! Now go have an awesome day;)

I post before my workout as it is planned because in the past i got into a habit of forgetting to post after. So, post what I have scheduled to do, and if I omit or add stuff and then, I post an update.
At least for me posting my planned workout helps me get focused on what I need to do. MS Fatigue can be a factor and can be unpredictable how it may effect me sometimes the fatigue gets me more than others;) Have a blessed day;)

Nora, sorry about your toe.

Today I came to the gym for a 70 minute weight workout including back machine, dumbbells for chest flyes and press, triceps and shoulders and triceps. 1 leg machine, then the sled. My regular pulling and pushing then ended with a new record to me and it wasn't even that hard to get it started. New push weight of..............................are you ready?.....................................are you sitting down?........................................................................................................................... ... ........ ..............................................................here it is.........,................................................................................700.5 pounds pushed!!!!! Whoohoo for me!!

And I finished with floorwork.

Actually the songs were slow, and fit a cool down ride quite nicely. most of the time they
do an excellent job with their music selections.
