Linda- Great workouts today as always with:
Blender- "Weights & Plates" - 37 min.
Peloton- "Upper Body Rowing Bootcamp" - 30 min.
Peloton- "10 min. Barbara Streisand Cool Down Ride LOL! That just hit me me as funny.
Don't get me wrong I love Barbara's singing voice and talent. It just never occurred to be used as cool down music. I think someone at Peleton has a sense of humor that picked those songs for cool down.

Anita- Wonderful workout today with:
STS Meso 1 Disc 2, Back and Triceps — 56 minutes.
Yes, endurance is a different animal in terms of weights than lifting heavy or bulk up phase of weight lifting. Just have to be patient you will be lifting heavier soon. Bravo & high fives!! Now go have an awesome day

Abs/Core, and recovery and stretch workout= 55 Min - Good stuff, and you feel nicey stretched afterwards, that's a win!

I post before my workout as it is planned because in the past i got into a habit of forgetting to post after. So, post what I have scheduled to do, and if I omit or add stuff and then, I post an update.
At least for me posting my planned workout helps me get focused on what I need to do. MS Fatigue can be a factor and can be unpredictable how it may effect me sometimes the fatigue gets me more than others
