Today I did my own workout blender of Lite Pyramid Pump + STS same body parts. I did my own stretch.

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did 62 minutes on the elliptical, did 10 min. backwards, 10 forward and so on ending with the 2 minute cooldown forward.

Then I did 30 minutes of weight work slowly increasing my weight and doing less reps so as to not over tax my shoulder.

Really cold here, brrrrrr!!
