Today I stayed home and did another workout I am considering for my class.
It was called 9 Easy Kickboxing Progression. I put in a 55 minute music cd that I use for freestyle Kickboxing. I will use a shorter cd next time, as it only went about 48 minutes. But it was good and while basic doing the moves at double time did get your heart rate up and I broke a sweat at the end.
I might try one more if I have time before my eye doctors appointment at 2.
