Hi Annette,

The basement is still is disarray which is really throwing off my workouts. Also, I didn't hear the alarm today.

Today I did more move with nicole - a 40 minute pilates workout. it was tough but really good. this is a nice change while the basement is throwing me off.

big workout for you yesterday. wish I could try that sled. it sounds like an exciting addition to your workouts.

Well today I stayed home and did a very old Kathy Smith cardio kickboxing workout on YouTube it was 36 minutes of cardio I did not do the leg work at the end.

Then I did an advance Taebo which was 29 minutes using light hand weights ( I wore my wrist weights).

I think I am finished for the day.

Nice workout Siobhan. I like plates.
