Good Thursday Morning Friends,

Today I managed 30 minutes of STS Meso 1 for triceps and back (I skated over band work and the last 15 minutes). I added on 10 minutes of BB for upper body. I can't get through this 20 minute workout; it's that tough. I appreciate everyone's thoughts and prayers yesterday. You are all so generous.

Nice to see most of us getting in our workouts. Nora, I hope your DH had a lovely birthday.

IFit- Mt. Pleasant, SC treadmill walk- 20 min.
YT- go simpli- 20 min. Seated Pilates Ring Mobility workout

I did STS 2.0 Upper Body #2 for 60 minutes; STS 2.0 Standing and Floor Abs for 17 minutes and Total Body Stretching SB #2 for 12 minutes.
Tomorrow some sort of kick boxing
 
Hi ladies,

I decided to not go the gym, I figure a week off from weights can be a good thing for my body. You need to rest certain areas and this week was a rest from weights.

Today I did another Xtreme Box 29 -Aerobox which was 107 minutes. It was fun and there was floorwork for legs and abs at the end. It was intense and I was wearing my boxing gloves through most of it. A lot more kicking in this one. My shoulders hurt from yesterday.

Oh and the gym it is based in is in Argentina. I looked up the gym online and found it.

Nicki, another great combo of STS 2.0 Upper Body #2 for 60 minutes; STS 2.0 Standing and Floor Abs for 17 minutes and Total Body Stretching SB #2 for 12 minutes. Yay!

Annette, your kickboxing workout - Xtreme Box 29 -Aerobox - 107 minutes sounds
like a “killer”…..good for you in accomplishing it!
