Hi ladies
I did not workout today as planned. I don't think I could if I tried. It hurts to lift my arms out to my sides and biceps are so sore. I have a major case of DOMS. DH was sick and has a nasty head cold, and now I'm starting to get one too. I'm not sure I'll be able to workout tomorrow. I was supposed to lift weights and do Taebo, not if I'll be up to workout, we'll see.
