Good morning everyone,

I didn't check in yesterday. things got busy and I forgot. I am sure you can all guess... more Qinetic workouts. I am enjoying Isaac (thanks Elsie - again).

Today I did more Isaac - lower body, abs etc...

So many of us checking in. This is the biggest we've been since I've been on here. It's so nice!

Hi all!

For a change I won't be the last (or one of) to check-in today.
I work from home on Thursdays so I decided to get my workout in, in the morning and starting work a little later.

I am not a morning person, so getting up at 5.00 to workout before going to the office is not an option. Besides I'd be sure to wake up the rest of the household or even the neighbors. I like my music loud when I workout and jumping on and off the step can be real noisy even when I try not to be.

I did ICE (yet again... just 2 days left). Today it was CLB, incl. blast and shoulder meltdown... so all in all 80 minutes and just shy of 700 kcal.

My legs were tired! I guess it didn't help that I did the kickbox workout last night before bed and now I was up jumping again not long after my breakfast. Now I have the rest of today to work (will have to continue into the evening thanks to my late start) and get homework done with my son and then there should finally be time for Netflix tonight... first time this week. My shoulders are pretty sore from the MM. The MM in ICE are a nice bonus, short, but effective add-on.

Hi everybody, today I did MESO 1 STS disc 8 Back and triceps. Yesterday it was Leg day, and yes my Hamstrings were sore today! The glutes a little bit as well, maybe due to the bonus exercises. I have to say that rolling up the legs from the ball towards the chest has become easier, at least I can now finish all the reps
