Today I did Cathe's latest live - Kickboxing Warrior 2 - I stopped at the 40 minute mark and moved onto 10 minutes of hoco. Now, to stretch.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I was back down to my low weight so that was good. I am here at the gym and just did 65 minutes on the elliptical and 10 quick minutes of weight work for biceps, triceps and chest.

I will do abs at home later.

I love kickboxing so your workout sounds great to me.
