Today I tried out Cathe's LMR Functional Mobility Fusion. It was really good for a recovery day!

Linda - your chest & back with a cardio splash sounds quick and fun :)
Annette - how many days a week are you at the gym?
Nora - nice to see you back at it! you did a big workout yesterday!

Siobhan, LMR Functional Mobility Fusion - I like that one! I believe it is the first LMR that I did. Looking at maybe doing LRM Pilates today. will check back in later.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Strength- 30 min. Full Body Strength = 34 Min
STS 2 Abs/Core Workouts Standing Abs Metabolic Core Warm Up= 11 Min

Hello!
Today I did LMR Pilates for 34 minutes and the Bonus for 19 minutes ending with Stretch Max Stability for 18 minutes. Feel like I need a lot of stretching for my legs. Still afraid to do lower body weight workout. Hopefully soon:)

The Pilates workout was not what I expected. It is a great workout for recovery days. Although I don't care for foam roller workouts, this one really helped me knock some kinks out of my legs. I will be doing this regularly.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a 90 minute gym circuit consisting of 3 machines (back machine, shoulder machine and taking the flye machine to 95 pounds), then heavy dumbbells for chest press, biceps (hammers and regular), triceps, and shoulders. Then the sled up to 13 plates and it was a bear to push, had another young gentleman ask me about the sled and how much I was pushing. Asked me my name told me his as we shook hands and he liked the fact that I had a strong grip in a handshake.

Finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with light tricep work and a stretch.

Siobhan, I come to the gym 2 times a week Tuesday and Thursday for my weight workout. If by chance I cannot do a cardio workout at home for whatever reason I might come in on another day to do cardio. Otherwise it is just 2 days for me.

Nicki, equally as nice workout doing LMR Pilates for 34 minutes and the Bonus for 19 minutes ending with Stretch Max Stability for 18 minutes. nothing wrong with holding
off on lower body until you are ready to give it a try.
