Good Morning Fit Chicks!

Today for me will be CTX: Step&Intervals....PS: Chest...Pilates for Abs...and some chin-ups/pull-ups.

Hello to all that follow....have a great day!

Hello Ladies.

Tammy, how are you enjoying your CTX rotation?

Kim, you are doing some great work outs!

Annette, if you are around, I am thinking of you.

Sandra, walking lunges are evil but wonderful! I highly reccommend them! }(

Okay, today is Mix It Up for me...

Have a great day!:)

Hi Everyone,

This morning I did LowImpact lower body cardio blast. I used an 8# medicine ball during the sculpt part and I also used an 8"step.
I could only do 40 min. due to time constraint. I hope to get in some walking lunges later today.

I like reading everyone's workouts they are so motivating.

Have a GReat Day! :)

Elaine

Hello Everyone! Today was CTX All Step cardio +biceps and triceps. I also did the last stretch segment from TBS with the ball.

Sandra (Fiddlefit): My ski trip was to Blue Mountain which is in Collingwood, Ontario. It's about 1.5hrs north of Toronto but about 6 hour drive for me in SE Michigan! We had a group of 15 people so it was a blast.

Have a good day everyone!

Jeanette

Morning Ladies,

How are you guy today? Well I hafta tell ya? GS Legs is awesommeeeee and I mean an awesome workout. I started my workout late last night, almost didn’t make it but pushed play and it was on. Legs are sore this morning :p :p

I really like the way Cathe put GS legs together, even tho, you do more sets but only 16 reps  :p that's nice, allowing me to go heavier than usually just knowing that I am only doing 16 reps. Nice work Cathe :7

Tonight, GS chest & triceps ouch, tonight will be my first time doing this workout pray for me. Have a good day guys!

I am really liking the CTX rotation. I feel as though I am getting a great cardio workout, plus working one body part per day and really going heavy on the weights. Try it some time!

Next week I'm on to circuit workouts:7 .

Good morning ladies...

Sandra...I never noticed that in MIS?...wow...And yes P90X Core Syn is tough. In a very different way than Cathe's core work. The first time I did it again I didn't get thru the bonus section at the end and boy was I sore!!

Jes...nice to see you..:)...I'll try to post on the arrow thread...:)...

Tammy...how many pull-ups and chin-ups are you up too?

Kim..PS floorwork is fun...

Wendy...have fun with Mix it Up!

Elaine..sounds like a good workout..

I am doing PowerHour legs, a 4 mile run and one of Cathe's Stretchmaxes.

Have a great day...:)...Carole

Morning ladies. Still on the road to recovery here, but thinking about doing some light weight work and maybe some light ab work tonight. Is it alright to do that if you have chest congestion?

Hope everyone has a great day!

Katie

Hi good morning everyone. Today I will do Turbo Jam Cardio Party Remix, Turbo Jam booty sculpt & abs and stationary bike. Yesterday I bought the Turbo Kick home study program. I want to get certificated in Turbo Kick. Have a great day everyone.

Mariángeles :) :)

Carole: Great workout..how is the weather there? I am up to 5 unassisted chin-ups and as of today...drumroll please...1/2 a pull-up! LOL! I'll get there...

Hi Tammy, I was considering a CTX rotation next, when I am done with my current rotation. I also have considered about 10 OTHER rotations as well though (LOL!) so who knows what will happen but I WOULD like to do that one day...we'll say...THIS YEAR!;)

I wonder how long it would take me if I did a rotation that simply used each work out one time!? Hmmmm...I'm gonna have to count all of the work outs that I use these days and see how many days that would take...might be an idea for something different!:)

Evening all,

Did the Gauntlet this morning. It's been a while, but it's still fun to do.

Just came in from work, prepared a cassoulet and shoved it in the oven, now I've got to go walk my doggies and when I get back, dinner will be ready. And after that I promised my son #2 that I'll do the first round of Aerobox with him plus abs. That'll be fun ;-)

Hi everyone,

Just a drive-by post today since I have other things I should be doing. Last night I did IMAX2, and KPC stability ball abs. Fun workout! My form with the IM2 blasts has improved a lot since doing IM3 for a month. I love seeing improvement!

Jeanette - I know the Blue Mountains! I grew up in a tiny town 2 hours south of Toronto. In high school we took a class trip to the Blue Mountains. I pulled a groin muscle on my second time down the hill and had to be "rescued" on a skidoo by some guy who looked like David Bowie. I got to sit in the lodge and eat french fries and hot chocolate for the rest of the day. Ah, the memories of youth :) I'm glad you had a great time. Ski weekends with friends are a lot of fun.

Carole - no wonder you have such a great core! I'm impressed!

Tammy - what's the difference between a chin-up and a pull-up? And congrats on doing five chin-ups! Amazing!

Hello to everyone else! Have a great day and an even better workout! My workout for tonight will be Circuit Max.

Cheers,
Sandra

Hey ladies,

Again I am posting late. Finished PS floorlegs x2 and PS abs. Supposed to do CM3 but wasn't in the mood for it.

Have a good night!

Hi everyone,

Teddygirl, I love GS legs. Although so far I've only been able to complete the standing leg work. I've attempted the floorwork, but there's so much of it I can't do yet I don't count it as a workout.

Today was Yoga X, and I have to confess I only did about 45 minutes of it. I really don't like it. It's just too long and boring. I want to complete this rotation, but I'm dreading the recovery week since Yoga X is in the rotation twice in one week. On the other hand, I can't wait until week 5 since chest is introduced, and I miss specifically working my chest area. I couldn't do any straight leg push ups before GS Chest and triceps. :)

That CTX rotation sounds interesting. Maybe I'll give it a try after I complete this one. I first bought CTX thinking it would be doable since it was shorter, but it was so hard I kept feeling like a failure so it's been in the drawer ever since. However, I'm a lot stronger now, so maybe I'll give it a try.

As always, your workouts really keep me motivated.

Take care,
Pamela

Hi Tammy, Kim, Dutchie, Sandra, Carole, Katie, Wendy, Elaine, Jeanette, Mariangles, Teddy Girl, Pamela:

Hope I didn't forget anyone. This is what happens when you are last to post!

Tammy - congrats on the chinups

Pamela and Wendy - I second the CTX rotation. It really is great, quick and great results. I started my comeback in October with it. Maybe in Feb I'll do a week of it.

Katie: Glad you are feeling better.

TeddyGirl: I did GS Chest and Tricep on Tuesday and yes I felt it the next day.

Yesterday I was exhausted because of company politics so I took a rest day. Today I did the Imax3 that was planned for yesterday.

I'm really liking this GS rotation with LM, KPC, Imax2/Imax3 for cardio.

My daughter flies to France tomorrow :) safe travel vibes!

Sandra: A chin-up is when you place your hands on the bar, palms facing you and pull your body up. A pull-up is palms facing away from you...they are SO much harder!!!

Robyn: Sending good travel vibes for your daughter. My middle son hopes to spend a semester in France someday.
