This morning I did ICE Low impact sweat, part of the blizzard blast and part of Icy Core 2. Neck's bugging me a bit this morning, dealing with some serious upper back DOMS.. Have a great day everyone!
Today was one that nothing looked 'good' in my collection of workouts but I ended up doing the Taebo that is the shorter one that uses the Amp Bar. It is 32 min. and halfway through I switched to holding 3 pound dumbbells instead of my normal 2 lb ones. Couldn't tell much difference, my arms must be getting stronger.
Anyway it was a workout and that's all that matters.
