Today is pretty basic:
STS Meso 1, Week 2, Disc 5, Back and Triceps — 58 minutes
And STS Ab Circuits, Weights and Plates — 19 minutes.

Good morning......thanks Anita for getting us going....

Have fun with STS Meso 1, Week 2, Disc 5, Back and Triceps — 58 minutes
& STS Ab Circuits, Weights and Plates — 19 minutes. I always thought, before actually
doing it, the Abs Weights & Plates was weight plates.....but it's actually the gliding
discs, I'm not much on abs with discs, except for mermaids....so when I do that one,
I do the weights part with the ankle wts & wt'd gloves, but skip the "plates" part. Good
workout!

Today's workouts: (fun day)

Hydrow Circuit Training # 46 - 20 Min. Rowing & Bodyweight Hiit Circuit
YT- Redwoods- Cardio Drumming with Lindsay - 19 min.
YT- CrossRope- Jump Rope & Biceps - 6 min.
Blender Add-on: Gloved Up - 10 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of a workout blender workout I put together for PLB and PUB (bi's and tri's) - PLB is tough. Wowza. I added on 10 minutes of a hoco - tough!

Great workouts today, Anita and Linda. Anita - you are up early!!!

Great to see everyone checking in yesterday. You are all so inspiring. I am not sure I would work out as much as I do if I didn't have this forum. FACTS!

One HUNDRED PERCENT agree. I need accountability. And someone to impress LOL. My family kinda shrugs and rolls their eyes. “Mommmmm….” So at least I know y’all “get it”. It’s nice to have community.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a 75 minute weight workout including the back machine, then dumbbells (various weights from 10's to 25's) for chest press, and flyes, shoulder press, seated clean and press, hammer curls, triceps seated overhead 1 dumbbell held at fat end with 2 hands, kickbacks, and then the sled. My usual and I stayed at 700.5 pounds since I didn't do on Tuesday. But 4 young ladies watched me and were thoroughly impressed.

Ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a nice stretch.

Nice workouts ladies. We all need accountability.

Well, since we are fessing up, just wanted to confess that I did get to Weights and Plates yesterday, but not STS. I was right up against the clock and it just never happened after my day ran away from me.

So now, I have STS 5 (arms) and 6 (Legs) plus Maximum Intensity Cardio left for the week. Scratching my head trying to figure out how that’s going to work. Hmmmm….
