I am sorry that I forgot to check in yesterday...I did Cathe Live RWH with step.

Today was Cardio Supersets- I wanted some low impact in my life!

This morning I did Amy Dixon's KB workout + Hoco's latest from Mary - the low impact one. It was a good workout.

Hi ladies,

I wanted something different so I did 25 minutes of Piloxing and then then the floorwork off of Jeanette Jenkins Sexy Arms Legs and Abs.

Hoping that mixing it up will help jump start my metabolism again.

Hi ladies this week mom and I have taken morning and evening walks every day. Totals 3.6 miles each day which is good for her. I have to keep pace slower for her but she is getting a good workout. Today I noticed she looked a little slimmer.....may be my imagination tho.

Thank you for the feedback on the video. Having fun with all that. Love reading all your workouts! Keep up the great work.
