Good morning ladies,

Today's workouts are:

CatheLive- "Upper Body Tubing & Weights" - 32 min.
Hydrow CT- 10 min. Lower Body Weights & Rowing Circuit

That's it. Nicki, hope you will soon have an answer for your leg, and be back at it soon!
Annette, I hope your brother continues to improve each & every day!

Hi ladies,

Thanks for the continued prayer for my brother. I haven't gotten an update yet today.

Today I did an 82 Back and Biceps gym circuit consisting of the back machine with 25 on each side then another set with 35 on each side.

Then I did lat pulldowns starting at 40 pounds and going up to 55 then 60 I think.

Then onto Barbell Curl with 20 pounds for 12 reps, 30 pounds for 10 and 40 pounds for 6.

Then concentration curls with 15's, 17.5's and 20's .

Then hammer curls for 25, 30 and 35 pounds.

Then I did the sled for my cardio/weights backwards pulling 4, push 6, backwards pulling 7 and then pushing 8 to finish.

Then 2 leg machines the inner and outer thigh machines.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch at the end .

That's it.

Great gym circuit for 82 min. Annette for Back & Biceps with Sled Cardio, Inner/Outer thigh leg machines
and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. You always do such well rounded workouts for the
body part(s) you're focusing on plus the extra lower body & cardio. Job well done!

Sorry to say ladies no workout today. I've been feeling very run down and still fighting a lingering cold. I don't know If I'll be up to workouts Friday or Saturday. We'll see how I feel.

Sorry you are still feeling "under the weather" Nora. Don't worry about workouts, take care....It took me
a little while to make myself not to worry about not working out, but I believe I understand that now.
