Hi Annette,

Today I took a bit of a rest day. I did a short 20 minute non-weighted lower body workout + added in 15 minutes of back stretch. That's it for me today.

another long day for you at the gym yesterday. And doesn't love disco music?

Hi Siobhan,

Today I came to the gym and did 45 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes of light weight work using 9 pound dumbbells. 2 or 3 exercises for each upper body muscle group done quickly and floorwork for abs, and legs.

I am finished now.

Siobhan, also nice to have a laid back workout every now and again.
