Hi Siobhan,
Today I came to the gym and did 45 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes of light weight work using 9 pound dumbbells. 2 or 3 exercises for each upper body muscle group done quickly and floorwork for abs, and legs.
I am finished now.
Siobhan, also nice to have a laid back workout every now and again.
