Hi Everyone,

Today I am taking another rest day. I am still very sore from yesterday's workout and my body just needs a long stretch and a meditation. I will be back at it tomorrow.

Annette - my goodness you dedicate a lot of time to fitness. You teach and still have energy for your own workout. Amazing.

We had a mild snow storm here overnight. The city was blanketed in snow - which always looks so nice.

Hi all

Today was KCM Circuit Burn plus Abs.

Ceci-I was really good last year with my morning meditations. I need to get back to it. It makes a big difference with my stress levels.

Annette - I applaud you for working out that much. I get too hungry if I do more than an hour a day and find it counterproductive.

Well, my great track record of working out ends today,LOL!

It is very cold and windy here so I wanted to stay home and workout. But our DVD player won't let you use a remote and I can't scroll through the menu so it is frustrating.

Anyway, I found an old Crunch workout on You Tube with Billy Blanks called Kickology and did it and part of the 2nd one totally about 30 minutes. I was wearing my wrist weights.

I did a KCM Kickbox warmup but the DVD went back to the main menu and I couldn't change to the actual workout.

Sigh, I gave my hubby permission to buy a new DVD player or a remote that will work.

Anyway, remember gals I don't work so all I have is time.
