Hi Annette,

Today I did a few short Lesmill on demand workouts. I never tried them before and they have a 1 mth free trial going on. It's pretty amazing. I might just keep it for a couple of extra months as there is a lot of variety. Today was cardio with weights, a core workout + a short light weight bodypump arms workout. All in all 1 hour which is unusual for me.

Now - to meditate...

Great workout yesterday. Once the pandemic is over... eventually - I am sure your classes will resume. You used to have a lot of women in your class, I remember.

Hi Siobhan,

Today was lame, I ended up doing 3, (2 were 5 minutes, 1 was 4) Moesha Fitness workouts, then did a 19 minute Mama Mia workout off of YouTube started to do part 2 but stopped after the 1st minute. So 34 minutes of dance type moderate impact moves done really fast in the Moesha workouts. Again lame but something, we got more snow overnight to add to what was still on the ground.

Nice workout Siobhan, Les Mills isn't easy.

Hopefully tomorrow I will have more ladies in class.
